Rose Arch

The New Dawn roses on the house pergola used to start flowering in November, and their soft pale pink flowers created a very pretty rose archway. Unfortunately the roses had to be removed for health reasons, and the rose arch is consigned to the archives.

I won't talk about the rust!

The rose arch was chopped down two in the year 2001, as New Dawn suffered repeatedly from rust. I'm glad I have these photos to remember the good times.
