Roses-1 Calendar 2009 | |||||||
![]() Roses-1 Calendar 2009 The first Moosey Roses Calendar has been updated to 2009, and all its roses are homegrown. I've had fun choosing my favourite rose photographs - but which beauties to leave out? There's been no subtle air-brushing to remove black spot off the leaves, either. Roses arrive in my garden all the time, often rescued when friends dig them out. Others come from bare-root rose packets suffocating in the supermarket. And I'm trying to collect all of David Austin's English roses - his pastel beauties grow really well in New Zealand garden conditions. Must be that brilliant Southern Hemsphere summer sunshine! There are two styles of calendar. The first has full page images (to use up all your printer ink, oops) and will bind nicely into a flip-over wall calendar. The half-size has one image and one month's dates per page. These are great for printing off one at a time and pinning up on the kitchen noticeboard. Oops - only the full-size one is available at the moment for Roses-1. You'll see their respective sizes by the PDF icons. It's best to right click and save your calendar somewhere sensible. You might even have time to make a cup of coffee and pull out a few weeds if you don't have broadband!
