Spring by the Septic Tank

The Septic Tank Border in spring is always full of little flowery plants - frothy blue forget-me-nots, tulips, miniature daffodils and aquilegias flower underneath a flowering Deutzia. Favourite foliage plants are little, too.

 I like the purple tulips.
spring tulips - 2000

The miniature daffodils are beautiful - they are some of the first spring bulbs to flower, and they can be relied upon. This cannot be said for the tulips. I'm inclined to lose tulips in the Moosey Garden unless I keep replanting new groups.

 What beautiful fresh new growth!
Golden Marjoram and Sedum

Golden Marjoram and variegated Sedums nestle by the garden's stone edge, looking fresh and clean. Golden Marjoram must be my favourite little foliage plants.
