Beautiful JAM Garden

Standing in the JAM garden at the corner of the glass-house there is a small path, which allows the low plantings seen in this photo. This is a sunny sheltered area, and the path is hard to keep clear.

The roses in the JAM garden are all from my friend Judith Ann's garden.

My favourite red flax and brown tussock are planted each side of the invisible path. There is a large striped Miscanthus Zebrinus and a Cotinus deeper into the garden.

This is an early photograph - I'm afraid the plantings are not low any more. The flax is now double in height and bulk, and something needs to be done about it.
