Autumn Leaf Pictures

Autumn leaves are very evocative in their colours - they look warm when it's actually getting cold. They are very inspiring for photographers.

The leaves of this Sorbus tree in the garden behind the garage take their time in fall to change colour. Their autumn leaves make a wonderful picture.

Red Maple...

Initially this Maple tree was in trouble - these trees are known to dislike wind, and the Dog-Path Garden was typically windy. But now I'm glad to say that the shelter trees have grown well, and two bright red Maples in this garden are thriving.

Middle Bridge looks wonderful in the fall when the Dogwood leaves turn red. Evergreen flaxes and green ferns provide a colour contrast.

There is a wonderful succession of autumn golden leaves in the Moosey garden. Waterside Dalmera plants have some of the most spectacular.
