Sempervivum

Please let me have the name of this succulent right! I grow it in pots which I placed in different garden beds. This blue and white pot sits on my patio steps.

Sempervivum in a Chinese Pot

If I am correct, it is a very common form of sempervivum, or house leek, and was growing here in a sheltered part of the garden when we first came to Mooseys.

I first learnt how easy succulents were to propagate with this plant - I just broke some rosettes off, pushed them into an early pot, and they grew!
