Water Garden Ferns

Forums Newsletter Share

Ferns have taken up residence along the banks of the water race. They decide exactly where to grow and I let them live a natural life. These ferns are most welcome to spread right along the water's edge.

Ferns and Phormiums

There's not much personal grooming needed for ferns in my garden. Their clean green foliage combines beautifully with the large green New Zealand flax (or Phormium). When in gardening doubt, colourwise, plant something green!

 Clean and green.
