Dear Subscriber, Spring is such a fast season, with so many wonderful changes. New ideas, new plans - that means new mistakes to giggle at. And so many new weeds to see to! This month's features :

This month's features1. Shearing Time for Haru the Pet SheepHaru the pet merino is now one year old, and it's her first visit to the shearing sheds. 2. A Small Koru GardenWe'd only been back from Canada a short time, and couldn't return for a sudden memorial service. So I created a small garden instead. 3. A Well Defined GardenDictionaries used to be dusty volumes in the bookcase - before the joys of checking online. I was flicking through my old definitive Chambers dictionary and came up with the definition of a 'garden'. 4. Garden Club Spring TripsThe local Garden Club organised a trip to visit mid-spring country gardens. I couldn't resist seeing how colourful and flowery they would be, compared with my own. 5.
