Belgravia Square Outer Gardens

The outer gardens of Belgravia Square is an enormous space which surrounds the inner sheltered area, and is over-looked by diplomatic buildings. Around each corner are statues and garden seats.

Garden Statues

The collection of statuary reflects the international nature of the square. Belgrave Square has a total of five modern statues, a rare chance to see a collection of modern figurative work, including one of Sir Robert Grosvenor, and the Da Vinci.

A well tended garden

Maintaining the outer gardens must be a full-time job. It's easy to loose your bearings round the corners and winding paths. Some of the plants are so established that you could build dens under their lower branches.
